Training & experience
All through Janice’s dental career she has spent working in NHS dentistry until 2023 when both practices converted to predominantly private. Before she became the practice manager Janice worked as a dental nurse and receptionist within the practice then when the practice started expanding she moved into management.
Knowledge & skills
Janice has worked at the practice for many years, therefore, she is very well known in the practice by patients. Over the years she has seen families grow up and they now bring their own children in for treatment which is lovely.
Janice now spend her days overseeing all non- clinical operations, she deals with compliance, governance and of course customer care to ensure high standards of patient care is always delivered by the practice.
outside of work
In her spare time Janice likes to travel and spend time with her family and her dog Nelly.
