Inlays & Onlays

Beautifully crafted restorations

Dental inlays and onlays are custom-made restorations designed for when a tooth is too damaged for a filling but not enough to require a full crown. An inlay fits within the grooves of the tooth, while an onlay (commonly known as a partial crown) extends over one or more cusps, offering greater protection.

They are typically used to treat moderate decay, fractured teeth, worn enamel or failed fillings. Dental inlays and onlays are crafted from strong, tooth-coloured materials such as porcelain or composite resin, ensuring a natural appearance.

Once bonded into place, they restore strength, function and aesthetics, providing a highly durable and conservative alternative to traditional dental crowns.
